Discover the Gallurese Culture

The ethnographic museum of Aggius, which is the largest in Sardinia, also offers, to our guests, to travel back in time discovering, thanks to a very rich collection of objects, the Sardinian rural life in particular Gallura, tasting a rich aperitif. Nuoro the Sardinian Athens and Orgosolo the Murals.

Walk in Nuoro the Athens of Sardinia in the footsteps of the past, through its squares and its alleys in which the memory of the writer winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature Grazia Deledda, but also of Costantino Nivola, Francesco Ciusa, Sebastiano Satta etc. ... you could decide to visit the house where the writer was born or even visit the Nuoro Costume and Traditions Museum. Lunch with the shepherds takes place in Orgosolo where we visit the famous frescoes that cover the walls of the village and which tell us the history of Sardinia as well as international history.

The park of Tavolara
in Zodiac.

Visit of the park of Tavolara in a very comfortable Zodiac boat with a capacity of 9 people. Visit of Tavolara and the royal cemetery. Other stops for unforgettable swims in the pools of Molara are planned according to the weather conditions. A Sardinian aperitif will be served during the excursion. Water and soft drinks included.

Day of discovery of Sardinian gastronomy and wines:

Sardinia is also and above all about flavors and traditions. You can not get to know a country without tasting its gastronomy, which is an integral part of its culture. The island enjoys culinary excellence due to the use of high quality raw materials produced locally by small farms and dairies.
Our day begins with a visit to a saffron farm to discover the processing of the spice and discover its secrets. In an extraordinary place between the sea and the mountains, the small family farm processes, in addition to saffron, the most unknown fruit in the world, the Sardinian citrus "Sa Pompia": a fruit with surprising properties.
To fully immerse yourself in the culinary traditions of Sardinia, I suggest you to participate in the making of fresh pasta such as malloreddus or ravioli, cooked on the spot in the homemade saffron way. The perfect dish combined with other homemade products for a lunch at zero km in a friendly atmosphere, all accompanied by an excellent wine from the winery . An experience that you will not forget, on a day of authenticity and to the delight of your taste buds.

In the footsteps
of ancient
Sardinian History

Sardinian Archaeology

In the footsteps of Nuraghic history with a visit to the nuraghe "La Prisgiona" in Arzachena and the burial place of the giants "Coddu Veccju". The visit includes a relatively easy walk through a small wood that separates the two monuments by about 1 km.  A Sardinian picnic will be organized in a magical outdoor place. To complete our archaeological visit, we will go to the sacred well "Sa Testa", an example of Nuraghic architectural splendor in the middle of a Mediterranean scrubland, a stone's throw from the beaches and a few kilometers from Olbia.
